President: Ian Pringle (Vancouver, British Columbia) Ian is well known in media development in Canada and around the world and has a long history with community radio going back more than twenty years. He has been closely involved with a variety of international agencies designed to support the development of community radio, particularly educational and cultural content, stations' organizational development, and initiatives to promote voice and empowerment, as well as innovative applications of new technologies. Vice-president: Jean Léger (Halifax, Nova Scotia) Currently the General Manager for the Fédération acadienne de la Nouvelle-Écosse, Jean brings many years of experience in communications and public relations, as well as community development.

Secretary/Treasurer: Serge Quinty (Ottawa, Ontario) Serge has dedicated himself to a career in the world of communications and the Canadian Francophonie, including experiences as both news and programming directors at CHUO FM (Ottawa), working as a freelance journalist for Radio-Canada, and working with the Alliance des radios communautaires du Canada. He is currently the Communications Director for the Fédération des communautés francophones et acadiennes du Canada.

Programming Committee Chair: Jean-François Côté (New Richmond, Quebec) Formerly of CIEU FM (Baie-des-Chaleurs) and l'Association des radiodiffuseurs communautaires du Québec (ARCQ), Jean-François has been involved in communications for many years, helping build bridges between individuals, communities, and service providers within the local socio-demographic realities.

Director: Victoria Fenner (Hamilton, Ontario) president (@) communityradiofund (.) org A community radio alumnus with a long history in the sector in programmer, operations, development, and consulting, Victoria is still producing audio art and other programming. She has worked with many CBC Radio programs, including the award winning personal storytelling show "Outfront"(a CBCRadio One program). Owner/Creative Director of SoundOut Media.

Until recently, he was Marketing and Development director at ARCQ where he has been active for the last five years. He has a degree in marketing and he has proven himself in the field of information technology.

François Coté, Secrétaire général l'Alliance des radios communautaires du Canada (ARC du Canada) (613) 562-0000 ext.354, f.cote (@) radiorfa (.) com François is the interim Executive Director of ARC du Canada. He has been in the radio sector since 1984. He started his career as a sports caster in the Gatineau region. In 1994, he joined community radio as a program director in Cornwall, Ontario.

Shelley Robinson, Executive Director National Campus and Community Radio Association (NCRA/ANREC) (613) 321-1440 / (866) 859-8086, shelley (@) ncra (.) ca Shelley first heard community radio when she moved to Halifax at 16 and stumbled across CKDU-FM. Eight years later, she became Station Coordinator and also found herself on the NCRA Board of Directors. Since then, Shelley has had amazing adventures in in community media in Northern Ireland, Afghanistan and Rwanda. Now she's thrilled to be back and working with the NCRA.
